Hi, I’m Jofusthaniel, author of the now defunct Blue Turtleshell, Go! and co-author of Pandaemonium. Welcome to Reasonably-Sized Salad.
My wife likes to cook — a lot — and I like to eat — a lot (she does too) — so I’ve created this blog to help showcase her work. Also, our dream is to one day open up a diner/restaurant and movie theater so you the reader will help us to create a working menu. If you feel the need to try any of these dishes, feel free to make them your own. If you’re wondering, the name comes from these monster 2-3 person salads, LorY used to pack me for lunch. That is until we gave her a hard enough time and she began to make reasonably sized salads. So thanks for visiting and we hope you enjoy.
